Flea Market Before and After

I found this great example of taking tacky dated flea market finds and transforming them into something funky and modern with a little bit of vision and paint.

A little white spray paint (it could have been any number of colors, depending on the color scheme) changes all tacky things.  Really.  Now these two objects are united and have a modern, fun look.

In the context of this space, these once-tacky pieces are now perfect decorative accessories for this modern living room.

Yikes Dianne… Home Interiors… plastic heaven… lol… had an ugly shelf once… spray painted it black and paired it with a slick modern mirror… really cool. Almost forgot about Home Intetiors… but that does give me an idea or two… I’ll have to be on the lookout for some HI finds… when I need some transformative therapy!

What a great idea! I truly beleive that there is nothing a can of spray paint can’t fix! LOL
