We’re just a couple of weeks out – how ready are you? I definitely have more Christmas shopping to do, but since I’m down with a cold and should probably stay inside today, I thought I’d share some of my favorite stocking stuffer ideas this year!
Colorful, quirky socks are all the rage this year, and they are appropriate for for men, women, and children. You can even buy them in packs that you can break up to fill lots of Christmas stockings on the cheap.
Charcoal face cleansers are a big fad, and my teenage daughters swear by them. Activated charcoal works like a magnet – removing acne and toxins, reducing pores, and exfoliating skin for men, women, and teens.
Along those same lines, individual sheet masks are also really hot right now. I was skeptical, but tried a hydrating one recently and was blown away with how baby-soft my face was for days after! Check the link below the picture to save money by buying these in multiples.
If you’re like me, there’s never a lint roller around when you need it! I found these Flint retractable link rollers in pretty colors that stay clean in a purse or car for all kinds of hairy emergencies. Perfect for pet owners, too.
While these say they are “eyebrow razors,” I don’t actually use these on my eyebrows. But I do use these on my cheeks and forehead a couple times a month to exfoliate my skin and remove any peach fuzz. Forget paying big bucks at the salon – this is the poor girl’s answer to expensive dermaplaning. Trust me when I say your skin will glow and makeup will go on like a dream!
Speaking of glowing skin, I’m a big fan of a subtle highlighting (or strobing) stick. After putting on your makeup, run the stick down the middle of your nose and on the upper part of your cheekbones from nose to hairline. I swear it takes off at least 5 years for those of us who could use a little help!
Every one needs a pretty bottle of hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms of their home, and you can’t go wrong with a lemon-scented one like this.
And finally, a little old-fashioned fun for anyone and everyone: a pack of classic cards or a new card game. I’ve been rediscovering the simple joy of playing games with family and friends as a way to wind down and connect – no internet required!
I hope I gave you a few ideas to fill the stockings this Christmas! Many of these come in multiples which makes it easy and less expensive when you have a crew of folks to buy for. I included affiliate links to Amazon products because I know how much easier it is to order something you know you will get quickly, rather than having to search locally at the last minute.
Do you have favorite stocking stuffer ideas you can share with us???
Thanks for idea.
